Four Hands Massage
Four hands massage at Elvara Spa costs AED 1,200 for 60 minutes and AED 1,600 for 90 minutes. Two therapists work on you at the same time, mirroring each other's movements. It is the most premium treatment on our menu, done in a private room at Royal M Hotel by Gewan in Al Bateen, daily from 11:00 to 01:00.
What happens
The two therapists agree on the routine before you come in. One usually starts at the shoulders and one at the feet, and they move in sync so the strokes land on both sides of the body at once. Your brain cannot follow two sets of hands, so it stops trying, and that is where most of the relaxation comes from.
How it feels
