Our Massage Menu
Elvara Spa offers twelve massage treatments, from a 30 minute back and shoulder session at AED 400 to a 90 minute four hands massage at AED 1,600. Every treatment is one to one in a private room at Royal M Hotel by Gewan in Al Bateen. Below, they are grouped by what they do best, so you can pick in a few seconds.
To relax and switch off
- Swedish massage. The classic: medium pressure, long strokes and warm oil, and the easiest first massage. From AED 650.
- Aromatherapy massage. Gentle strokes with essential oils chosen for sleep, calm or energy. From AED 700.
- Lomi Lomi massage. Hawaiian technique with long forearm strokes that barely stop. From AED 700.
- Balinese massage. Acupressure, flowing strokes and stretching. Relaxing, with a bit more variety. From AED 650.
To work on tension
- Deep tissue massage. Slow, firm pressure into deep muscle layers. For stiff backs and post-training legs. From AED 700.
- Back and shoulder massage. 30 minutes on the upper back, shoulders and neck. AED 400.
- Bamboo massage. Warm bamboo sticks for deep, rolling pressure. From AED 750.
Warm rituals
- Hot stone massage. Heated volcanic stones that relax muscles fast. From AED 700.
- Hot candle massage. A candle melts into warm oil with plant butters. From AED 700.
- Hot oil massage. Full body massage with warmed aromatic oil. From AED 700.
Something special
- Elvara Signature Massage. Our own blend of Swedish, Balinese and aromatherapy. From AED 700.
- Four hands massage. Two therapists working in sync. From AED 1,200.

How to choose
If it is your first massage, start with Swedish or the Signature. If something hurts or feels locked, go for deep tissue or the 30 minute back and shoulder. If you mostly want to sleep well tonight, choose aromatherapy or Lomi Lomi. Still unsure?
