Full Body Massage in Abu Dhabi
A full body massage at Elvara Spa starts at AED 650 for 60 minutes. It covers the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs and feet, in a private room on the ground floor of Royal M Hotel by Gewan in Al Bateen. We are open every day from 11:00 to 01:00 and confirm bookings on WhatsApp.
Choose your technique
"Full body" describes what gets massaged, not how. At Elvara you choose the style:

If you are not sure, book a Swedish massage. It is the standard full body massage and the easiest to adjust once you are on the table. Every option is on the massage menu.
How the session works
You tell the therapist which areas need attention and which to avoid. You undress to your comfort level, with disposable underwear provided, and you stay covered with a towel throughout. Only the area being massaged is uncovered. The massage usually starts face down with the back and legs, then you turn over for the arms, legs, shoulders and neck.
60 or 90 minutes
Sixty minutes covers the whole body at a steady pace. Ninety minutes is better if you want extra time on the back and shoulders, or if you simply do not want to feel rushed. We go through the differences in 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Longer sessions and packages are on the price page.
Packages
Regular guests usually take the wellness package: pay for five massages and get the sixth free. Two people booking together get 20% off, and first-time guests get 15 extra minutes on a 60 minute Swedish massage.
Privacy and etiquette
Elvara is a professional spa inside a hotel. Treatments are one to one, and you stay covered at all times. Men and women are both welcome. If anything feels uncomfortable, say so and the therapist will adjust or stop.
