If you live or work in the old centre of Abu Dhabi, around Qasr Al Hosn, Al Markaziyah, Al Danah or Madinat Zayed, Elvara Spa is about 4 to 5 km away, at Royal M Hotel by Gewan in Al Bateen. Massages start at AED 650, there is parking at the hotel, and we are open every day from 11:00 to 01:00.

A quiet break from the city centre
Downtown is the busiest part of the island: offices, banks, shops, traffic and very little space to switch off. Elvara is close enough for a lunch break or an evening after work, but it sits in Al Bateen, one of the quieter residential parts of the city, inside a hotel. Every treatment is one to one in a private room.

- The 30 minute back and shoulder massage, AED 400, for desk tension in a lunch break.
- A deep tissue massage from AED 700, after long days at a desk.
- A Swedish massage from AED 650, if it is your first visit. First-time guests get 15 extra minutes on a 60 minute session.

Many people in the centre finish late. We stay open every day until one in the morning, so a massage after a long day or after dinner is realistic. More on our late night spa page.
